Oil

Our oil is the fruit of a long labor that begins in the earth long before it reaches our table.

Tending the soil, tending the plants, paying attention to harvesting, and properly pressing the olives are the work of an entire year.

If all this is done well, the result is an excellent oil: this is our secret.
