The olive grove

The Olive Grove

In 1993, a spark of healthy madness sparked the idea of expanding the family olive grove, continuing the traditional production of olive oil while respecting nature's cycles.

This vision took shape with the creation of a country house where one can cultivate a healthy "otium," to share with those who feel in tune with this lifestyle.

The olive grove and the house, with their tranquility, and the pool for pleasant relaxation, help one rediscover that quality of life that now, thirty years later, and in difficult times, we discover is priceless.

Passions guide our choices.

One has taken me around the world, to see it from above. My passion for olive trees, however, keeps me grounded, in this oasis of serenity.

This estate, together with Villa Ipazia, are the fruit of the commitment and love that a few people have sown among these stones, these olive trees, and these roses.

My thoughts and memories of happy moments go out to them, and I extend my gratitude for the enormous fortune of having shared this dream with them.

Our approximately 350 olive trees grow in a 16,000-square-meter olive grove, on land that's partly flat and partly terraced with dry-stone walls. They're interspersed with fig, laurel, prickly pear, lemon, grapefruit, pomegranate, carob, and walnut trees.

Internal roads, paths, and stone stairways allow for relaxing walks.
